These decisions can make planning your holiday a stressful experience

That’s why we’ve decided to go the extra mile and provide you with a digital tourism guide, offering insider tips on the best activities and companies to use

Group 232

1.Introduction

1.1. The competition (“Competition”) is organised and managed by Tourism Guides Limited (“Organiser”).
1.2. Hotels sometimes partner with the Organiser to offer this service to their guests, but the Competition is managed by the Organiser and not the hotels themselves.
1.3. By entering the Competition, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

2.1. The Competition is open to individuals who have booked activities through the Organiser’s booking platform link.
2.2. Employees of the Organiser and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2.3. Participants must have completed the activity to secure the payment. Entries will only become valid after the activity has been completed to ensure participants cannot win the Competition and then cancel the activity for a double refund.

3. How to Enter

3.1. You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

3.2. You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious computer software.
3.3. You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction, and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent.

4. Number of Winners

4.1. One winner will be selected for every 100 entries received.
4.2. The winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry.

5. Prize

5.1. Each winner will receive a full refund of their activity bookings made through the Organiser’s platform, up to a maximum payout of $4,000.
5.2. The refund will be processed to any bank account specified by the winner within 30 days of notification.
5.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
5.4. The sums refunded may not match due to differences in currency rates, currency conversion fees, and transfer fees, which will all fall on the end of the Participant. The Organiser will pay the sum paid by the Participant when booking and all fees and conversion changes will be deducted from that sum.

6. Publicity

6.1. By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to the use of their name and booking details in any publicity material.
6.2 The Participant understands they may have to undergo an interview with the media about their win in order to receive the funds.
6.3 Upon winning, the Participant must provide a valid high-resolution photograph of themselves smiling to receive the prize. This image will be used by the Organiser for promotional purposes on their website and other platforms as they see fit. The image must meet the Organiser’s expectations to qualify for the prize.

7. Data Protection

7.1. The Participant’s personal data will be used for administering the Competition and for marketing purposes as deemed fit by the Organiser.
7.2. By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to subscribe to the Organiser’s database and receive promotional and marketing emails.
7.3. The Organiser is owned by Hound Media Limited and the Organiser will share all data with them. By entering the competition you agree to give Hound Media Limited the rights to share the data with all companies fully or partially owned by Hound Media Limited.
7.4. If the business is sold, the data will be transferred to the new owner as part of the sale. The data may also be shown to potential buyers as part of the sales process.

8. General

8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
8.3. By agreeing to the terms and conditions for the Full Refund Competition, the Participant also agrees to the general terms and conditions of the Organiser which can be found here.
8.4 The Organiser’s decision in all matters related to the Competition is final and binding.
